TOP DRIVER WANTS TO KEEP OUR TEENS SAFE! 

The Starlights are partnering with Top Driver, the nation’s leading driving school. Top Driver will make a sizable contribution to Starlights for every student that we help to enroll in their classes. They are also willing to create a special class that fits around group members’ schedules if there is common interest among 10 or more students.
