Congratulations Midwestern Champions!

The Starlights Senior team and Adult team each took 1st place in their divisions at the 2014 Midwestern and Pacific Coast Synchronized Skating Championships!  Five of our teams qualified for the 2014 U.S. Synchronized Skating Championships in Colorado Springs starting on Thursday, Februrary 27, 2014.  Good Luck to our Juvenile, Novice, Junior, Senior and Adult teams!

Congratulations Maddie Staff!

Maddie Staff of the Senior team has been selected for the 2014 Scholastic Honors Team. The U.S. Figure Skating Scholastic Honors Team was established to recognize and provide support to competitive figure skaters who have excelled not just in their sport, but in high school academics and in their contributions to their communities.

This year’s team is a very distinguished group of athletes. With the total number of applications received for the Scholastic Honors Team increasing at a rapid rate, the selection process has become extremely competitive.

Maddie will be recognized in SKATING Magazine and the 2014 Scholastic Honors Team was introduced during a ceremony at the 2014 Prudential U.S. Figure Skating Championships in Boston and at the 2014 U.S. Synchronized Skating Championships in Colorado Springs.

Congratulations Starlights Senior!

We are very proud and excited that the 2013-14 Starlights Senior team was named to Team USA. They competed at the Spring Cup in Sesto San Giovanni, Italy on February 14 - 16, 2014 and earned a Bronze medal!  Congratulations Senior!!!

US Figure Skating’s DREAM Program
U.S. Figure Skating’s DREAM program was developed with the goal of using the skating and leadership skills of America’s top synchronized skaters to influence the lives of developing athletes. Each year skaters are selected from a highly accomplished pool of applicants from Team USA synchronized skating teams to join U.S. Figure Skating in various programs to support and promote synchronized skating in the United States.
